Programs Offered

 

The Case Managers work with each family on a weekly basis. CHF uses intensive case management to assist individuals as they develop employment strategies and obtain marketable employment skills. They help residents assess education requirements for desired employment through selecting and enrolling in the appropriate trade school, college or university. The Case Manager also encourages residents as they hold the residents accountable to their goals.
